Popular ‘dreamy-pop’ indie singer Faye Webster has just recently released her fifth studio album, “Underdressed at the Symphony” earlier this month. The record is chock-full of sweet-sounding songs disguised as a breakup album. Similar to her previous music, she is soft and reserved. While it does follow Webster’s definitive style from previous albums like “Atlanta Millionaires Club” and “I Know I’m Funny haha,” there are some more fun tracks with a more quirky sound. “Lego Ring” featuring Lil Yachty is by far the best example of her interesting musical taste mixed with her use of classical instruments. It is standout but still slots in nicely with her other songs. The best track from her new release is by far the first song off the top of the record—“Thinking About You.” It is kickback and quintessentially Webster.
